关于2019年下半年博士、硕士英文班留学生开题答辩的通知（notification）

每位学生需要打印6份开题报告，并提前半小时到达答辩会场，将开题报告交给答辩秘书老师。通过开题答辩的同学务必在一个月内将开题报告修改完毕，并打印一份开题报告（定稿）、导师签字后，交至研办（东荣815室）。

开题答辩时间：10月18日下午2:00。地点：东荣大厦A114室。

Each student is required to print and bring along six copies of thesis proposal and need to report at defense hall (Dong Rong,1st flor,room 100)half an hour in advance. The thesis proposals should be submitted to the Defense Secretary teacher at the same time. Students who have passed the question-opening defense must complete the revision of the thesis proposal within one month, print out an thesis proposal(final draft) and submit it to the research postgraduate office（Dong Rong mansion room 815） after the supervisor has signed it.

Opening time: 2 p.m. on 2019/10/18. Venue: room A114, Dong Rong mansion.
