The academic conference "Governance and Emerging Technological change in China" jointly organized by Professor Dai shuanping, Professor Nele Noesselt and Professor Markus Taube at Duisburg-Essen university in Germany, and Professor Suisheng Zhao at Denver university in the United States will be held on March 4thand 5th.
