2021 is the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the beginning of the new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way. In order to fully implement Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics and the spirit of the nineteen and nineteen second, third, fourth and fifth plenary sessions of China's Communist Party, we should thoroughly implement general secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on philosophy and Social Sciences, enhance'Four Consciousnesses','strengthen four confidence'and'two maintenance', and give full play to the advantages of our philosophy and social sciences. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the measures for the administration of basic scientific research business expenses of Jilin University (Revised), we are now carrying out the declaration work of the basic scientific research business expenses of Jilin University'theoretical research special project for celebrating the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China'. The specific matters are as follows:
Topic selection direction
Based on the in-depth study of the party's history, the history of new China, the history of reform and opening up, and the history of socialist development, this paper systematically reviews and summarizes the glorious history and great achievements of the Communist Party of China in the past 100 years since its founding, focusing on the party building experience, struggle experience, ruling experience, and the party's development experience This paper studies the theoretical and practical problems of socialist construction experience.
According to the direction of topic selection, the applicant should make his own topic to declare.
Declaration conditions
1. The applicant should be the on-the-job teacher of philosophy and Social Sciences in our university, with good academic ethics, rigorous style of study, abide by academic norms, and be able to take on the responsibility of organizing and guiding the research.
2. As the project leader, each applicant can only declare one project, and as a member of the research group, he can participate in the declaration of at most two projects. It is not allowed to report concurrently with other projects of philosophy and social science research of basic scientific research business expenses of Jilin University in 2021.
3. Those who have unsettled items of basic scientific research business expenses in research are not allowed to declare.
4. This year's basic research business fee program can't have both'Jilin University Excellent Young Teachers Training Plan','Jilin University Philosophy and Social Sciences young academic leaders training plan','young academic backbone support plan'and other school funding programs.
5. The applicant shall not repeat the declaration of the same topic, or make a new declaration. It is not allowed to apply repeatedly in the name of different applicants for basically the same or similar application materials. The applicant is not allowed to re declare the topics in research or completed which are basically the same or similar in content.
6. Those who undertake all kinds of projects at all levels and fail to pass the mid-term inspection as required, use funds as planned or close the projects, which have adverse effects on the scientific research work of the University, shall not declare.
Funding and research duration
It is planned to set up about 10 projects with a subsidy of 10000 yuan for each project. The research period is from April to June 2021, and cannot be extended.
Form and requirements of project closing results
It is required to submit a research report of no less than 15000 words. At the same time, the'repetition rate test report'should be submitted, and the copy ratio should be less than 20%. The school will organize a symposium to celebrate the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, at which the project leader will report the project research results.
Declaration method and time requirement
The person in charge of the project shall fill in the application form for the project of'theoretical research special project for celebrating the centennial of the founding of the Communist Party of China'for basic scientific research business expenses of Jilin University (Annex 1) and loose leaf (Annex 2), which shall be printed on A4 paper and bound on the left side in triplicate.
All units shall submit their application materials and summary form (Annex 3) to the project management section of social science department (room 503, area a, Dingxin building, central campus) before leaving work on April 9 (Friday), and send the electronic version to pengjing@jlu.edu.cn . Individual declaration and overdue declaration will not be accepted.
The school will organize experts to review the application projects and determine the project list.
