According to the‘Notice onSolicitingMajor andKeyTopics ofPedagogy of NSFC in 2021’issued by the office of National Education Science Planning Leading Group, the following is the notice on soliciting major and key topics of pedagogy of NSFC in 2021:
(1).Topic selection orientation
China's major and key topics in 2021 are guided byPresident Xi’s new socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics. We thoroughly implement the spirit of the nineteen and nineteen second, third, fourth and fifth plenary sessions of the party, thoroughly implementPresident Xi’s important exposition on education and the spirit of the national education conference, and fully implement the Ministry ofEducation's efforts to strengthen educational research in the new era. The‘eight good requirements’put forward by MinisterSheng Baoat the 7th planning leading group meeting are mainly focused on the major theoretical and practical issues in accelerating the modernization of education, building an educational power, and running education to the satisfaction of the people, so as to strengthen the overall, forward-looking and reserve research, and enhance the ability and level of educational scientific research to serve the national education reform and development.
(2).Collection content
This collection of topics focuses on the basic issues of accelerating the construction of the disciplinary system, academic system and discourse system of educational science with Chinese characteristics; focuses on the major theoretical and practical issues in accelerating the modernization of education, building an educational power, and running education to the satisfaction of the people; and focuses on the development goals, main directions, and key tasks of building a high-quality education system during the‘14th five year plan’periodand measures to solve the key and difficult problems of education evaluation reform in the new era, put forward a number of applied and interdisciplinary topics with important decision-making reference value and practical significance, and a number of basic topics with significant academic innovation value.
(3).Topic selection requirements
The topic selection should adhere to the correct political orientation, have clear research objectives, clear problem awareness, heavy academic weight and strong innovation value, and embody the principle of limited scale and highlighting key points. The opinions and suggestions of experts and scholars should be widely solicited, fully demonstrated and refined.
The wording of the topic should be scientific, rigorous, standardized and concise, and generally no subtitle should be added. In principle, each suggested topic should give a brief description of the main direction and the major theoretical and practical problems to be solved in about 300 words. All topics with the same or similar contents previously provided will not be recommended this time.
(4).Submission requirements
1.The topic collection is the practical action to implement the spirit of the National Education Congress and the Seventh National Education Science Planning Leading Group meeting, and is an important content of the implementation of the opinions of the Ministry ofEducation on strengthening the research ofeducationscience in the new era. All the selected persons and recommendation units that have been reviewed and approved by experts and formally listed in the guide shall promise to invite public bidding and fair competition for the proposed topics, and there is no intellectual property dispute.
2.For the application of the collection limit for this topic, our school has 12 reports, and all units are invited to attach great importance to the important role of planning the future and promoting the work, and to improve the scientific, normative and leading role of the project setting, and report it after sorting by the unit.
3.All units are invited to submit one paper and electronic version of the recommendation form for major and key topics of education of National Social Science Fund in 2021 to the Social Sciences Department by December 15, 2020.
