Declaration requirements
(1)Time of application: as of April 27, 11:00 a.m
(2)Scope of application:
1. personnel applying for upgrading: talents who have been classified and graded according to the'18'policies of original talents and meet the requirements of higher-level declaration.
2. new applicants: talents who have not participated in the classification and grading of talent policy and meet the reference standards for talent classification and identification of version 2.0 of talent policy.
(3)Conditions of application:
1. love the people's Republic of China, abide by national laws and regulations, and support the party's line, policy and policy;
2. health;
3. have good professional ethics and rigorous research style, strong innovation and entrepreneurship and creativity;
4. class a talents are not subject to age limit; B. The age of class C and D talents is generally not more than 60 years old (calculated by the current year), and that of class E talents is not more than 50 years old. The age of talents with outstanding ability performance or the urgent need of leading industries and strategic emerging industries in our province can be relaxed appropriately.
5. Class E talents shall be those who have signed formal employment contract with the school after February 5th, 2017.

(1)Declaration procedure
1. I apply: qualified personnel apply to the College (center and Institute), and fill in the following materials according to my performance achievement conditions and wishes:
(1) The applicant shall fill in the attachment 1'Jilin talent policy version 2.0 application form for classification and grading of talents'and Annex 3'commitment to authenticity of personal application data', and attach the copy of supporting materials that meet the classification identification reference standards;
(2) The applicant shall fill in attachment 2 Application Form for talent children to attend school in Jilin Province for the enrollment of children involved in the enrollment of their children;
(3) Appendix 4 confirmation form of subsidy for the introduction of talents in Jilin Province, Appendix 5 Application Form for employment assistance of talents introduced from Jilin Province for employment assistance for spouses related to spouse employment needs, and Annex 6 confirmation form of housing rental subsidy for talents introduced from Jilin Province for housing subsidies for housing rental, The application form for housing resettlement of talents introduced from Jilin Province shall be filled in and filled in in Annex 7.
Note: 1. The introduction contract shall be attached to the declaration of class E talents;

(2) According to the talent application, fill in the summary table of talent classification and grading of Jilin talent policy version 2.0 (see Annex 9);
(3) Annex 10-annex 14 shall be filled in by the College (center and Institute) as required, without unified requirements.
